Fire damage is one of those situations where you can't just patch things and move on. The structure is compromised, the framing tells the story, and cutting corners isn't an option. This is one of those jobs.

We visited this property to take detailed measurements and assess exactly what we're working with. The garage is a full tear-down - there's no salvaging what's left. Beyond the garage itself, we're also looking at reframing the house gable wall where the fire spread, plus a complete roof truss removal and reframe. It's a big scope, and that's exactly why the planning stage matters so much.

When fire gets into a structure like this, the damage rarely stays contained to one area. The roof framing shows heavy char, the exterior wall assembly is gone in sections, and the structural integrity of what's left can't be trusted. You have to pull it down correctly and rebuild from a solid foundation - not just cosmetically, but structurally.

That's what we do. Our garage builds aren't just about putting up four walls and a roof. They're engineered to last, built to code, and planned carefully before a single nail goes in. On a job like this, the site visit and measurement phase is where the real work begins - knowing the full scope before we ever break ground.

Fire damage like this is overwhelming for any homeowner. Our job is to come in with a clear plan, handle the complexity, and rebuild something safe and strong. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every job, no matter the size.
